Join a 3-hour, cross-disciplinary workshop exploring movement, creative philosophy, and visual art. Through dance, we will explore various approaches to improvisation, dive into character and storytelling in movement, and use fundamentals of hip hop and breaking as tools for authentic, personal expression. All within a supportive community where curiosity, expression, and individuality are truly welcomed.

This workshop is open to all ages and levels — no prior dance experience required, though you can expect moments of sweat, focus, and discovery.
